Microsoft Security Bulletin Summary for August 2009 contains nine security bulletins. Five bulletins address “critical” vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows, Office, and Visual Studio. The other four bulletins address “important” vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows and .Net Framework.
Microsoft has released security updates for these vulnerabilities, and the updates are available for download at the Microsoft Update web site (https://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/). Please note that systems joined to the LSU Active Directory automatically receive the appropriate updates when available.
