Microsoft Updates
Microsoft released 14 security bulletins (3 rated critical and 11 rated important) that address 20 vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Publisher, and Media Player. LSU computers will download and install the updates as scheduled by either its group policy or local security center settings. 6 of the 12 updates require a reboot to complete installation. Remember to close all applications at the end of work day today.

Secunia CSI Updates 
This month two additional software update packages will be added to WSUS (Apple Quicktime 7.x update and a Secunia client update). Departments participating in the Secunia CSI service receive the following updates via WSUS.

Adobe Reader 9.x, 10.x
Adobe Air 2.x, 3.x
Adobe Shockwave Player 11.x
Apple Quicktime 7.x (NEW)
Mozilla Firefox 3.x, 8.x
RealPlayer 15.x
Secunia CSI client 5.x (NEW)
